2021 has been all about economic recovery. The job market is booming, unemployment rates are low and automation is accelerating. In this candidate driven market, employers around the world are struggling to attract and retain top talent.

However, organizations that have been faster to adapt to a flexible work model have surely emerged as winners in this post pandemic battle for talent. Flexibility has paved its way right at the top when it comes to determining job satisfaction.
